What you can verify before you send an RFQ

For the engineer · assembly check

The product range, as a document you can keep

A 12-page A4 overview: series index, section data, tolerance classes, finishing and commercial terms. Built from the parameters published on the product pages, not from a marketing brief.

PDF

Aluminium extrusion product range

Includes the 30 category slugs, 42 selected cross-sections with slot geometry and weight per metre, alloy and temper range, execution standards, finishing films, and the terms a purchasing file needs.

Read the scope line. This is an overview, not a certified test report. Certificate numbers, certificate scans and per-section DXF geometry are not in it — those are issued per project against a drawing.

For QA · filing and verification

The standards a specification has to name

A quote that says “±0.1 mm” without naming a class is not a specification. These are the references used on our capability pages, grouped so your QA can file them against an order.

Dimensional

EN 755-9
General-purpose extruded profile tolerances — the default class
EN 12020-2
Precision profiles in 6060 / 6063 — a tighter class
GB/T 6892
Chinese national standard for extruded profiles

Surface

ISO 7599
Anodizing of aluminium — general specification
Qualicoat Class 1
Powder coating performance class
AAMA 2604 / 611
Powder and anodized architectural finishes

Material and system

EN 573
Chemical composition on the material certificate
ISO 2409 / 9227
Cross-cut adhesion and neutral salt spray
ISO 9001:2015
Quality management system — certificate details supplied per project

Note the distinction: EN 755-9, GB/T 6892 and the finish standards are execution standards, not certificates. They describe what a part is made to; they do not certify a factory.

Six items that answer almost every feasibility question

Send these together and you get a written feasibility reply in one working day, including a written “no” if the section will not run.

  1. Cross-section drawingCAD, dimensioned PDF, or a hand sketch with numbers on it
  2. Alloy and temperDefaults to 6063-T5 if not specified
  3. Estimated annual quantityDecides whether tooling is a real cost per ton
  4. Finish requirementMill, anodize or powder, with a colour reference
  5. Tolerance class and critical facesEN 755-9 or EN 12020-2, and which dimensions are fit-critical
  6. Length, machining and packingAny cut, drill, tap or assembly after extrusion

Honest inventory

What is not here yet

A downloads page that lists only strengths is not usable for a sourcing decision. These are the gaps, stated plainly.

Per-section DXF files
Geometry for individual cross-sections, starting with the 40 series. Needed for a real assembly check in CAD.

on request

Certificate scans
ISO 9001 certificate number, issuing body, validity and scan, plus sample FAI and material certificates.

supplied per project

Third-party test reports
Salt spray and accelerated weathering are run at an accredited laboratory under its own name, not in-house.

supplied per project

Case data
Project references with quantities and measured results, anonymised where the customer requires it.

not published

If one of these is what you actually came for, ask for it directly. We would rather say what exists than let you find out at first article.
