Windows & Doors
Thermal-break and non-thermal window and door profiles compatible with Roto, HOPPE, SIEGENIA, and G-U hardware. Frame sections, sash profiles, mullions, glazing beads, and decorative trims.
Curtain Walls & Facades
Stick-built and unitised curtain wall mullions, transoms, and pressure plates. Profiles engineered for wind load, thermal performance, and glazing retention up to 36 mm double-glazed units.
Industrial Equipment
T-slot structural profiles for automation frames, machine guarding, workstations, and conveyor supports. Metric 20, 30, 40, and 45 series with full accessory compatibility.
Custom Applications
LED heat sinks, solar panel frames, medical device enclosures, transportation components, and architectural trims. If you have a drawing, we can extrude it.

Tested with major brands
Window and door profiles are dimensionally checked against Roto, HOPPE, SIEGENIA, and G-U hardware samples before production approval. T-slot profiles interlock with all standard 20/30/40/45 series fasteners and accessories.
6063-T5 as standard
6063-T5 for excellent extrudability and surface finish. 6061-T6 available for higher structural strength. Custom alloy compositions on request for specialised applications.
In-house coating and anodizing
Powder coating (AkzoNobel / TIGER) in any RAL colour with 60-120 μm film thickness. Anodizing in silver, champagne, bronze, and black per Qualanod standards. Wood-grain and fluorocarbon finishes on request.
Precision you can verify
Extrusion tolerances per EN 755-9 / ISO 2768. Cut-to-length accuracy of ±0.5 mm. CNC machining features held to ±0.1 mm. Every batch ships with a first-article inspection report.
Stock profiles ship in 3-5 days
Standard T-slot and angle profiles from stock. Custom extrusions with existing die: 7-10 days. New die development: 12-18 days including first-article trial.
ISO 9001:2015 certified
Quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015. Spectrometer alloy verification on every billet. Coating thickness and adhesion tested per EN ISO 2360 and ISO 2409.
