Step 2 — We Review & Quote
- Feasibility check within 24 hours
- Die cost and unit price quoted
- First-article timeline confirmed
Step 3 — First Article
- Trial extrusion within 7–10 days
- Sample with dimensional report sent to you
- Modifications if needed at no extra die cost
Step 4 — Production
- Production batch scheduled on approval
- Surface treatment and machining completed
- Shipped with material certificate and batch report
