Custom Aluminum Profiles,Built Around Your Project.
GrownParts is the trade brand of Foshan Liangyin Aluminum Products Co., Ltd. — a manufacturer of custom aluminum profiles for machine builders, system integrators, OEMs, and window & door contractors worldwide. Established in May 2014 and based in Foshan, we supply metric T-slot extrusions, connectors, architectural profiles, and precision-machined parts made to fit the first time — backed by the stock depth and dimensional consistency your production schedule depends on.
Who We Are
Foshan Liangyin Aluminum Products Co., Ltd. (trade brand: GrownParts) manufactures aluminum profiles and related products from our base in Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan. Since May 2014 we have supplied metric T-slot extrusions, connectors, and custom profiles for industrial framing, architectural applications, and precision-machined components — so you can expand a production line, build a window system, or fabricate a new frame without redesigning the parts around it.
Our facility covers extrusion, precision cutting, surface finishing, and packing under Japanese 5S management, with digital ERP tracking at every step. That discipline is what lets us hold tolerances across repeat orders — and keep lead times short enough for projects that cannot afford to wait.
Core Strengths
Open, Interchangeable System
Our profiles and connectors follow the metric T-slot standard, so they drop into the modular frames you already use — no proprietary lock-in and no forced redesign.
Stock Depth That Shortens Lead Times
More than 200 standard profiles and 2,000+ components held in inventory, so urgent builds start moving the day you confirm the order.
Japanese 5S Shopfloor Discipline
Visualized workshop management, standardized sorting, and digital ERP tracking keep picking error-free and profile surfaces clean.
Full-Service Profile Manufacturing
From die development and custom extrusion through surface finishing and CNC machining, we cover the entire profile production chain for both industrial and architectural applications.
Supply Partner Network
Long-term relationships with hardware, gasket, thermal-break, and coating suppliers including Roto, HOPPE, SIEGENIA, AkzoNobel, and TIGER Coatings — so you spend less time sourcing components.
Export-Ready Logistics
Consolidated packing, export documentation, and stable production capacity keep assembly lines and automation projects on schedule.
Our Capabilities & Engineering Expertise
From drawing review and die development through extrusion, surface finishing, and precision machining — we cover the full profile production chain.
Custom Extrusion & Die Development
Develop custom profiles from your CAD drawing, 3D model, or physical sample. Our engineers review cross-section geometry, tolerances, and extrusion feasibility before quotation. Select an existing die or develop custom tooling with in-house die trials and adjustments.
Aluminum Extrusion
Presses rated from 800 to 1,500 metric tons produce architectural and industrial profiles in 6063-T5, 6061-T6, and 6005/6082 alloys. Standard delivery length: 3,000–6,000 mm. Wall thickness from 0.8 to 15.0 mm.
Surface Finishing
In-house powder coating and wood-grain transfer up to 6,500 mm. Anodizing and electrophoretic coating through specialist partners up to 6,000 mm. Finish, color, film thickness, and visible surfaces are agreed and documented with a retained master sample.
CNC Machining & Fabrication
3-axis and 4-axis milling, turning, drilling, and tapping in 6061-T6, 7075-T6, and custom alloys. Cutting tolerance ±0.5 mm, feature tolerance down to ±0.02 mm. Cut lengths from 20 to 6,000 mm.
Quality Control
Incoming material inspection, signed first-piece approval, in-process inspections every 1–2 hours, and final inspection before shipment. We check dimensions, wall thickness, hardness, film thickness, color consistency, and appearance. Batch records link inspection results to production records and billet heat numbers.
CAD Design & Technical Support
Our engineers review your loads and layout with you, select the right profiles, and return 2D/3D models for approval before anything is cut. Support covers mating interfaces, glazing dimensions, and assembly plans.
Proven Applications
One manufacturing base, serving very different industries:
Partition & Safety Guards
Machine guards, acoustic barriers, and perimeter fencing built on aluminum columns anchored with expansion bolts, with wire mesh, acrylic, or polycarbonate infill.
Equipment Enclosures
Structural housings that isolate automated machinery, cut noise, and define safety zones — sized to the layout you actually have, not to a catalogue footprint.
Modular Workbenches & Lean Stations
Ergonomic, anti-static workstations with structural steel reinforcement, rated for uniform static loads up to 500 kg and grounded to remove electrostatic risk.
Windows & Door Profiles
Frame, sash, mullion, track, and glazing-bead profiles for sliding windows, hinged and folding doors, and thermally broken window and door systems. Optional thermal-break strip assembly and gasket installation.
Curtain Walls & Decoration
Extruded mullions, transoms, pressure plates, cover profiles, louvers, and architectural trim for glass curtain walls, railings, and decorative facades.
Heat Sinks & Electronic Housings
Heat-dissipating enclosures, closely spaced fin profiles, and heat-sink bases for LED lighting and electronics, with precision cutting, drilling, and face milling.
The People Behind Each Project
Your dedicated account manager coordinates drawing review, sample approval, production updates, and delivery with our engineering, production, and quality teams.
20 years in the aluminum profile industry. Leads company strategy, capacity planning, and key purchasing decisions. Directly involved in major projects and long-term overseas partnerships.
9 years in aluminum extrusion die and process development. Reviews customer drawings, optimizes profile cross-sections, and prepares tooling and surface treatment plans. Checks assembly clearances with customer hardware samples.
11 years in aluminum sales and project management. Main contact for domestic and overseas customers. Receives drawings and samples, coordinates engineering input, quotations, sample shipments, and order follow-up.
20 years in aluminum processing shopfloor management. Coordinates extrusion lines, powder coating, wood-grain transfer, and cut-to-length scheduling. Supervises equipment dispatch and batch production handoffs.
8 years in aluminum product quality management. Supervises incoming billet inspection, trial samples, extrusion hardness and dimensions, coating thickness and color consistency, and finished product packaging.
9 years in manufacturing finance and settlement. Verifies tooling payments, order deposits, and final payments. Manages contract accounting and supplier settlements, and prepares shipping documentation.
Your account manager coordinates any requested changes to drawings, colors, quantities, or delivery requirements. Engineering reviews tooling and process feasibility, while production planning checks work in progress and the revised schedule. Once the department leads agree on an approach, your account manager confirms the changes and updated delivery schedule with you.
Quality Assurance & Certifications
Certified to GB/T 19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015, covering the production and processing of aluminum profiles. The system governs drawing control, die management, extrusion parameters, surface finishing, and final inspection.
Level III Work Safety Standardization certificate, covering the company’s work safety practices across extrusion, surface finishing, fabrication, and packing operations.
