    Before you send

What to include for a faster, more accurate quote

You do not need a finished specification to talk to us — most projects start with a photo and a rough quantity. But the six points below cover everything that affects price and lead time, so sharing them up front usually removes a round of back-and-forth.

    Profile section or part number

A drawing, CAD file, or the code of the T-slot profile you already use. If you only have a photo with a ruler alongside it, that is often enough for us to identify the section.

    Material and temper

Alloy and temper such as 6063-T5 for architectural and framing profiles, or 6061-T6 where higher strength and machinability matter.

    Cut lengths and quantity

Finished lengths, tolerance on length, and the number of pieces per delivery. Mixed-length orders are welcome — we quote them line by line.

    Surface finish

Mill finish, anodized (with colour and film thickness), or powder coated (with RAL code), plus any masking requirements.

    Machining operations

Drilling, tapping, countersinking, milling or end-milling, together with the tolerance that matters for your assembly.

    Destination and Incoterm

Delivery port or address and your preferred term — FOB, CIF, EXW or DDP — so we can quote freight correctly the first time.

    Questions we get asked

    Before you send your enquiry

How quickly will I get a reply?

We acknowledge every enquiry within one business day, and complete quotes for standard profiles usually go out within 24 hours. Custom extrusion projects that need a new die may take two to three days because we check the section design and die cost before quoting.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no single minimum across our range. Standard T-slot profiles can be supplied cut-to-size in small quantities, and sample lengths are available free of charge with the customer covering freight. Custom extrusion with a new die normally requires a minimum production run, which we confirm when quoting.

Can you work from a drawing or only from a part number?

Both. If you have a 2D or 3D drawing, send it and our engineers will quote to it directly. If you only know the part number or the profile you currently use, we can identify the equivalent metric section and confirm the dimensions with you before production.

    Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Tell us at the start of the conversation and we will sign your mutual NDA before you send drawings, or provide our own template. Project drawings and customer-specific tooling are never shared with third parties or sold to other buyers.

Can I visit the factory before ordering?

You are welcome to visit. We ask for advance notice so we can arrange time with the engineering team and, where useful, coincide with a production run of a similar profile. If travel is not practical, we can arrange a live video walkthrough instead.

What payment terms do you offer?

Our standard terms are 30% deposit on order confirmation with the 70% balance before shipment. For established customers with a supply history, we can agree credit terms such as 30 or 60 days from bill of lading date. Payment is normally by bank transfer.

    Do you supply free samples?

Yes. Samples of standard profiles and connectors are free, with the customer covering the courier cost. Samples are usually dispatched within three to seven working days. Machined samples to your drawing are quoted individually.

Which markets do you ship to?

We export worldwide, with regular shipments to Europe, North America, Australia and Southeast Asia. We quote on FOB and CIF terms as standard, and can arrange EXW or DDP for some destinations by prior agreement.

Not sure which profile fits your project?

Send a photo, a sketch or just a description of what the structure has to do. Our engineers will work back to the right section, connector set and machining plan — then quote it.
