Who We Are
One supplier for the profile and the part that has to fit it
Grownparts builds its business around two product families that customers almost always need together: metric T-slot aluminum profiles, and the precision machined components that assemble into them. Rather than pushing a closed, proprietary framing system, we supply standardized profiles, connectors and machined parts that interchange with the components you already specify — so you can expand a line, retrofit a machine or build a new frame without redesigning the parts around it.
Our 3,000 m²+ facility covers extrusion, precision cutting, CNC machining, anodizing and packing under one roof, managed with Japanese 5S shopfloor discipline and digital ERP tracking at every step. Holding that discipline is what lets us keep tolerances consistent across repeat orders, and keeps lead times short enough for projects that cannot afford to wait.
Core Capabilities
Extrusion and machining, engineered as one process
Selling extrusion is the easy part. What decides whether a project succeeds is how the finished assembly performs once it is built — which is why we keep both halves of the job in the same facility and under the same quality system.
Aluminum Extrusion & Profiles
Metric T-slot profiles made to the tolerance your assembly needs
We extrude and stock 6000-series aluminium in 6063-T5 and 6063-T6, the alloys that balance strength, corrosion resistance and anodizing quality for structural framing. Every profile is drawn to the metric T-slot standard, so it interchanges with the connectors and nuts you already specify, without forcing a redesign around a proprietary system.
- ✓Section sizes from 20×20 mm to 90×90 mm, plus custom dies
- ✓Tolerance held to ±0.1 mm on slot surfaces for repeat orders
- ✓Anodized, powder coated or mill finish, natural silver to any RAL
- ✓Cut to length from 100 mm to 6,000 mm in house

CNC Machining & Precision Parts
Machined aluminum parts produced to your drawing, not to a catalogue
Our machining cell covers 3-axis and 4-axis milling, turning, drilling and tapping for aluminium components in 6061-T6, 7075 and ADC12 die-cast blanks. Parts are programmed from your STEP, IGES or DXF files and inspected against the drawing before they ship, so a bracket that has to fit a frame you already built arrives within tolerance.
- ✓Tolerance down to ±0.02 mm on critical features
- ✓6061-T6, 7075-T6, ADC12 and custom alloy grades
- ✓First-article inspection with CMM report on request
- ✓Surface finish from as-machined to Ra 0.8 and anodized
Product Range
Profile sections, connectors and fixings ready to ship
Every item below is a published product with its own material, tolerance, minimum order quantity and lead time — so you can check the numbers before you ask for a quote. Custom sections and machined parts are produced to drawing.

Where our profiles and parts are used
One profile system and one machining capability, applied across very different shopfloor problems. If your application is not listed, send us the description and we will tell you whether aluminum framing suits it.
How We Manufacture
From your drawing to a packed, export-ready shipment
Every order follows the same six stages, with inspection documentation at the end. The process is the same whether you are ordering 100 metres of stock profile or a custom extrusion die.
Inside our extrusion, machining and anodizing lines.
Requirements & Engineering Review
Send your drawings, sketch or load description. Our engineers review the loads, check interference and confirm which profile section and alloy suits the application.
Die Design & Extrusion
For custom sections we design and manufacture the extrusion die, then run the profile to the tolerance and surface finish agreed in the approved drawing.
Cutting & CNC Machining
Profiles are cut to length and drilled, tapped or milled on CNC centres. Machined parts are programmed directly from your 3D files.
Surface Treatment
Anodizing or powder coating is applied in house, with colour matched to natural silver, black, bronze or a RAL code you specify.
Quality Inspection & Documentation
Dimensional checks, first-article inspection and mill certificates are completed before packing. CMM reports are available on request.
Packing & Export Logistics
Long profiles are wrapped with non-woven fabric and laminated paper; short parts are boxed. Export documentation and consolidated shipping are handled from our facility.
Quality & Certifications
Tolerance is verified, not assumed
Every batch is checked against the dimension and material specification agreed in the approved drawing, and the results travel with the shipment. If your project requires a specific standard or certification, tell us at the quotation stage so it can be built into the inspection plan.
Certifications and standards
In-house inspection steps
- ✓Spectrum analysis on incoming aluminium billet
- ✓First-article full dimensional inspection on new tooling
- ✓In-house CMM verification of critical features
- ✓AQL 2.5 sampling inspection before shipment
- ✓Mill test certificate and material traceability
Why Partner With Us
Six reasons buyers consolidate their framing and machining here
These are the points that come up most often when machine builders and OEMs compare suppliers for a repeat programme.
Open, Interchangeable System
Profiles and connectors follow the metric T-slot standard, so they fit the modular frames you already use. No proprietary lock-in, no forced redesign when you expand a line.
Stock Depth That Shortens Lead Times
More than 200 standard profiles and 2,000+ components are held in inventory, so urgent builds can start moving the day you confirm the order.
Extrusion and Machining Under One Roof
Cutting, CNC machining, anodizing and packing happen in the same facility. That removes the hand-off delays of using separate suppliers.
Engineered to Your Drawing
Engineers review your loads and layout and return 2D and 3D models for approval before anything is cut, so the frame fits the first time.
Disciplined Shopfloor Control
Japanese 5S management and digital ERP tracking keep picking error-free and profile surfaces clean across repeat orders.
Export-Ready Documentation
Consolidated packing, export paperwork and stable production capacity keep assembly lines and automation projects on schedule.
Custom & Sampling
Custom profiles and parts, from a sketch to a shipment
Most custom work starts with a sketch, a sample part or a described load rather than a finished drawing. We can work from all three, and we will prepare the technical drawing for you at no charge.
Send your requirement
Share a drawing, a sketch on paper, or just describe the load and the space. DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES and PDF are all accepted.
Receive a proposal and sample
We come back with a profile recommendation, FOB pricing and lead time within 24 hours. Free samples of standard profiles are available for evaluation.
Approve, produce, ship
Once the drawing and sample are approved, production starts. You receive inspection documentation with the shipment.
Ordering Information
MOQ, lead time and trade terms at a glance
These are our standard terms for both aluminum profiles and machined parts. If your project needs different terms, raise it with us at the quotation stage — most things are negotiable for a repeat programme.

Customer feedback
What buyers say after the first order
Four accounts from machine builders, system integrators and OEM programmes that started with a drawing and a small first order.
We placed a first order against a drawing pack and a cut list. Before the run was released, a first-article report with measured dimensions and a mill certificate for each heat arrived. Our incoming inspection accepted the shipment without a single concession, which is what allowed the part to go onto our approved supplier list.
Our requirement was a stock-holding arrangement rather than a single container shipment. They hold the section, cut to our release list and ship within the quoted window. It removes the working capital we would otherwise tie up in four months of metal, and it has made the programme viable at our volumes.
I’ll be honest, I sent over a 34-line cut list and figured we’d be fixing half of it when the crate showed up. We didn’t touch a thing. Everything was tagged by member number, bagged per assembly, ends square. The cell was bolted together the same afternoon.
Look, I had specced 40 x 40 for a 1.5 m span and they came back saying it wouldn’t hold. I wasn’t thrilled about it. But they ran the numbers, showed me where the deflection was, and we went to 40 x 80 heavy. Frame’s been running two shifts for a year. I’d rather hear no up front than find out later.
